RETURN POLICY

Be Unfiltered offers complete transparency on all the purchases made on our website to our customers. If you are unhappy with our service or products please reach out to us. We'll try our best to make things right. Unfortunately we do not have a refund policy however, we do consider returns under the following circumstances:

To complete your request for return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in the same packaging which it has been delivered in. Once the product has been returned to us we will inspect it and verify the same with your mentioned issue following which a replacement or refund will be initiated. Refunds will be deposited back to your bank account within the timeframe set by the bank.
