Supposedly the potency of black pepper is judged by its size and colour--the bigger the better. But that’s not even close to the truth. Size is not always the correct indicator of how potent your pepper is, however the aroma and freshness sure is. Our black pepper is bold, 9 mm in size and of a very noticeable consistency. Our black pepper is grown on a USDA certified estate. We directly work with farmers who employ regenerative farming techniques to grow these chilies so what you get is natural at its best. All our spices are sourced in small batches from the best regenerative farms across India, right from the mountains in the north-east to the ghats down south.
