I have always been a hardcore morning person. Watching the sky change shades from blue to fireball orange is kinda my thing. I like my mornings to be slow but breakfast, super quick. So here’s my super simple throw it all together recipe for you guys that I am pretty sure you’re gonna love.
Go ahead—grab your sunscreen, your Turmeric Mango Smoothie Bowl, and let’s get this day running!
Ingredients
For Smoothie
2 Frozen Mangos (frozen mango will help you get that creamy texture)
1 tsp Single- Origin Lakadong Turmeric powder Shop Here: Lakadong Turmeric
1/2 cup any nut milk of your choice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 dates (deseeded)
Toppings
3-4 tbsp Granola (ours is home made you could buy pre-made, there are some amazing options available in the market)
4-5 chopped walnuts
5-6 Black Raisins
2 Dried Figs
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
Freshly grated coconut 🥥
Directions
1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients together. Aim for a thick creamy consistency. Don’t pour all the milk at once, add slowly as needed. If you’re satisfied with the consistency, transfer it to a bowl.
2. Add your toppings and there you have a grammable breakfast bowl.
That’s honestly the shortest recipe that I may have ever written but trust me it’s absolutely delicious. Make the most of the mango season and bless your tastebuds with this bowl of sunshine.
