A lot of you have asked us what does lakadong turmeric mean and how is lakadong turmeric different from the pragati turmeric from the south of India or the swarn haldi from the hills of Uttarakhand or any other local turmeric powder that grows in our regions and we buy from our local shops.
We at Be Unfiltered go to the source to get you the best quality spices from all around India. We are dedicated to getting you organically grown spices which are freshly harvested (our harvest is of the same season - we don’t keep our spice warehouse loaded with spices from 2 or 3 years ago like other spice companies do, we source in small batches from small farmers) for maximum flavor, aroma and potency of the spices. Our spices are single origin as we source it from one farmer or single estate and we don’t mix the produce from two farms together.
